A grant award will not display until money is receipted by the State of Missouri. There are multiple opportunities throughout this site to view data related to grants Missouri received from the federal government. Utilizing this site, you may:

  • Search and view Federal Grants received by a state agency by fiscal year beginning with fiscal year 2014.
  • Search and view Federal Grants by federal agency by fiscal year beginning with fiscal year 2014.
  • Search by a key word listing of the Grant Purpose.
  • Search, view, print, or download specific data into Excel spreadsheets and/or in text form.
  • View data in chart format.
Federal grant received amounts may be displayed equal to $0.00. This occurs when a grant is on a reimbursement basis and the grant has already been transferred to another agency or when there is timing a difference between the fiscal year of the receipt and transfer.

The financial data available on this site has been organized into three areas which include state agency, federal agency, and a key word search. Drill down features have been incorporated into the site such that federal grants may be viewed at different levels of detail. Further information about individual payments may be available upon request pursuant to
the Missouri Sunshine Law, Chapter 610, RSMo.

Using the drill down capability of this site, you can start with a payment Category such as fuel and utilities. Selecting fuel and utilities will provide the next level of information, referred to as details, displaying payments for propane, electric, gas, etc. Selecting propane will provide you with the vendors (or companies) the state has paid for propane. Choosing a specific company will let you see payments to that company summarized by contract number, if applicable. Similar functionality is available using the Agency, Contract, and Vendor search areas.
